The following forms are mandatory documents per American Legion regulations and the Twins organization and must be submitted to General Mgr Lindsey Andrachick prior to the first practice:

Passports

Each Twins player must obtain a PASSPORT or PASSPORT CARD in order to be able to participate in games scheduled in Canada. The US Postal Service provides the paperwork and instructions to apply in Whitefish at https://www.usps.com/shop/apply-for-a-passport.htm.
Scholarships

A $1,000* scholarship is offered by the Glacier Twins and Paul Gallo at the Ed Gallo Tournament.
A $1,500 scholarship is offered by the Sapa/Johnsrud Baseball Scholarship Fund at the Sapa/Johnsrud Tournament.
Recipient must play baseball at the college they will be attending.
* Award may be divided between eligible players.
In both cases, the Scholarship Application Form must be completed and submitted to the Head Coach or General Manager by April 1. Recipients are selected by committee review.
